Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 10 days before the tour are eligible for a full refund.

These terms, and all bookings and services provided are governed by and interpreted in accordance with French law.

We do not store or retain your email address or personal contact details beyond what is strictly necessary to process your booking and provide our services.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your information is used solely for operational purposes related to your reservation.
We use Google Analytics to better understand how visitors interact with our website and to improve our services. Google Analytics may collect anonymized data such as browsing behavior and general location. This data does not allow us to personally identify you.
By using our website, confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to this data privacy policy.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are strongly advised to arrive on time at the meeting point. All guided tours are booked for a specific date and time.
By confirming your booking, you reserve a dedicated time slot with a guide.
Refunds or credits are issued strictly in accordance with the policy below :
1 - We strongly recommend verifying your availability, flight schedule, and physical condition before finalizing your reservation.
2 - Travel and medical insurance are also recommended.
3 - Tours take place in all weather conditions.
Client-Initiated Cancellation (by email only)

All cancellation requests must be submitted by email.

Full refund if the tour is canceled at least 10 days prior to the scheduled date, minus transaction and administrative fees.

No refund for cancellations made less than 10 days before the tour date.

Any change to the date or time within 10 days of the scheduled tour is treated as a cancellation and requires a new booking. Guide schedules are arranged in advance, so any modification constitutes cancellation of the original service.
Museum Tickets in case of a cancellation

If clients are responsible for purchasing their own tickets, no refund will be issued if incorrect tickets are purchased, the wrong date is selected, or required tickets are not obtained.

If the company purchases the tickets, non-refundable ticket costs and reservation fees will be deducted from any refund.
Strikes and Unforeseen Closures
In the event of strikes or unexpected closures affecting access to a museum or site (e.g., Louvre, Orsay, Versailles, Notre-Dame, Arc de Triomphe), the company will offer an alternative (such as a guided tour at another site during the same time slot) or a partial refund if no alternative is accepted.
Strikes in France can be unpredictable and may be announced only 1–2 days in advance. We will inform you as soon as possible and present available options.
By paying the invoice, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
